What is Flagle?
Flagle is a free daily flag guessing game. Each day a country's flag is hidden behind a grid of tiles. One tile is revealed at the start, and after each incorrect guess another tile flips over, giving you more of the flag to work with. You have six attempts to identify the country. The fewer guesses you need, the better your score.
How to Play
Look at the revealed portion of the flag and type a country name into the search box. Select your answer from the dropdown. If you are wrong, an additional tile flips to reveal more of the flag. Keep narrowing it down until you identify the country or run out of guesses. After the game, share your emoji board to challenge friends.
Tips for Recognizing Flags
Color patterns are your best clue. Pan-African colors (green, yellow, red) appear across many African nations. The Nordic cross identifies Scandinavian countries. A Union Jack canton often signals a current or former British territory. Crescents and stars appear frequently in flags of Muslim-majority countries. Coats of arms or emblems in the center stripe can distinguish countries that otherwise share color schemes — like Romania and Chad, whose flags are nearly identical tricolors.
